TIME FRAME
After your initial purchase the turn around for shipping is 7-10 business days(Weekends are included in my time).

VAT ORDERS 
If you are from a country that collects VAT(an indirect tax on the consumption of goods and services in the economy) then you are responsible for payment of tax upon collecting your package. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
For orders that have not yet shipped, you can email me at Alfarof300@gmail.com  to request cancellations or exchanges. If you wish to add something to your order, please contact us with your order # and name used for shipping and we can discuss.

Once packages are shipped out, the sale is considered final. If your package arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the damages of both the package & product, email me the photo & your order #/name, and I will work with you to set things right!

Missing an item? Contact us with your order # and which item(s) are missing and I will send out the missing pieces as soon as possible!
